All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. With our standard shipping we use Post NL as shipping partner and the final delivery will be made by your local postal service.
Items shipped within the Netherlands will be shipped with POST NL and usually get delivered within 2-6 business days. If you have selected standard shipping and if you are not home upon delivery, your package will instead be delivered to a post office near you, so that you can collect it at a later time. Your local postal service will provide you with advice.

Shipping is at your own risk. All items will be shipped in a sufficient packaging box, using track & trace. If you want extra insurance or extra-fast shipping, just send an email to [email protected]. If your parcel is delayed, is damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact the courier service with your track & trace code.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Note: All the art we send is made-to-order. Therefore, we don’t encourage returns. We offer a 14 days refund upon receipt of the package. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfill these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
DAMAGED OR WRONG DELIVERY
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem. Important! Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to [email protected].
Remember to also state you order number in the e-mail, so we can take care of it right away.
